Here at mindbodygreen, we're big believers in the power of routines. Whether it's a morning of meditation and yoga, or an evening tradition of tea and gratitude, daily routines make wellness something to look forward to, every day.
That's why we're excited to take a peek into the personal practice of Dr. Sara Gottfried, one of our favorite wellness leaders.
Dr. Sara is a Harvard-trained MD, best-selling author, and leading expert on hormones. In this video, she graciously takes us through the morning rituals that keep her feeling her best—including the green tea she swears by, the sacred word that guides her daily meditation, and the app she uses to measure her heartbeat in the a.m.
If you're inspired to learn more, check out Dr. Sara's new course for mindbodygreen, How to Balance Your Hormones for Glowing Skin, Deeper Sleep & Better Digestion.
