WAGS of the Chiefs and the Eagles: Here's What They're Wearing to Super Bowl LIX

It's the biggest day of the year for football fans—and I'm not talking about the game. We will finally see what the WAGs of the Chiefs and the Eagles will be wearing to the Super Bowl.
While every WAG (wives and girlfriends of athletes) must perfect her game day style philosophy and technique, the Super Bowl is on another level. Once the Chiefs clinched the AFC Title and the Eagles the NFC Title at the end of January, the wives and girlfriends who support them in the stands immediately were tasked with delivering their most epic fit of the year.
“I started getting ideas together right after the AFC Championship because this is not my first rodeo," Amina Smith, Sports Center host and wife of Chiefs safety Deon Bush tells Glamour. “The stress of trying to get a Super Bowl outfit delivered on time is nothing to play with. I did not want to be scrambling in the final hours leading up to travel.”
But what makes a perfect Super Bowl outfit? Chariah Gordon, fiancee of Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman Jr., is a bit of an expert at that. This is her third Super Bowl at Hardman's side, and she tells Glamour she believes that “accessories make or break a game day look.”
“You can have on the most basic outfit, but the right accessories will elevate it instantly,” Gordon says. “Whether it’s bold jewelry, a statement bag, or a luxurious fur coat, those extra details add personality and make you stand out. I love playing with textures and colors, too—mixing metals, layering necklaces, or even adding some sparkle with crystal-embellished pieces. And of course, a great pair of heels or stylish boots can take the whole look up a notch.”
And what if you want to dress like a WAG for your own game day celebration? Chanen Johnson, content creator and wife of New Orleans Saints wide receiver Juwan Johnson, has one key piece of advice: be extra.
“I like to be overdressed rather than underdressed,” Johnson, who attended the Super Bowl with YouTube as a creator ambassador and is capturing exclusive moments from the weekend on her channel, tells Glamour. “I'd rather be walking into a party in a ball gown…that's just me. It makes me feel most confident to know that I'm looking good. I always like to be cute.”
Her go tos for game day? Leather and furs.
“I love a big coat,” she says. “I'm very dramatic with my furs and my leathers clearly, and so I like to show out. People love to wear a jersey and wear jeans, but I feel like that's my opportunity to be extra and I do it. I'm always the one in heels. I don't care if they're sinking into the turf, I'm going to have my heels on.”
For Gordon, the Super Bowl is one big celebration for both the men playing and the women by their sides.
“I’m excited for everything that comes with it—the energy, the fashion, the celebrations—but at the end of the day, it’s about watching the team bring it home,” she says. “I’ve seen firsthand the dedication and hard work that goes into making it this far, and I know how much it means. So, while I’ll be in my best look, cheering my heart out, the real moment I’m looking forward to is celebrating that victory.”

Ali Baun1/6Ali Baun, wife of Eagles linebacker Zack Baun
Ali Baun and her husband Zack are extra excited that the Super Bowl is in New Orleans this year, as Zack spent his first four seasons with the Saints. “It’s incredibly full circle,” Ali, a photographer and marketing coordinator turned stay-at-home mom, tells Glamour.
Ali jokes that her game day fits usually come together on a week by week basis, relying heavily on overnight shipping. But there's one key component she always sticks with.
“I try to utilize pieces I already own while adding something new or custom to excite the look,” she says “A good pair of denim is essential. With every outfit, I start with the denim to determine silhouette and the rest of the outfit details follow.”
For Super Bowl Sunday, Ali is wearing custom embroidered wide-leg jeans from Reformation, Miu Miu slingbacks and sunnies in Eagles green, and a simple Citizens of Humanity tee. She's getting her glam done by Amanda Lee Harvey at local salon Petal.
“The placement of the embroidery was Loewe inspired,” she shares, saying the design was done by BAL Apparel, a WAG-owned company. “ ”My favorite part of the look is easily the custom denim."

Amina Smith does double duty on many football Sundays, as she is an two-time Emmy Award winning host and current anchor for Sports Center. However, on Super Bowl, she's in full-time WAG mode.
For Amina, the centerpiece of a game day outfit is always the shoes.
“It has all the drama!” she says. “I then worked my outfit around that to create the look.” For Super Bowl, Amina is going with statement boots by Franki.
“They bring the drama and dazzle to the outfit,” she says. “I actually had the boots saved for some time, but never had the right event to wear them too, but this was it!”
She's pairing them with a skirt set is from Aknvas, Pucci shades, and Staud purse. She's getting glam with makeup by Joshua Minger and hair by Brandi Thierry.
“I wanted the look to definitely include red since the boots take up a lot of real estate,” she says. “This Aknvas set was the perfect look to pair with them, with other hints of red in my accessories.”

Jocelyn Burks/Coach3/6Jocelyn Burks, wife of Eagles linebacker Oren Burks
This season is extra special for Jocelyn Burks and her husband, as it's the first they are sharing with their baby daughter earthside. But this is actually baby Eliza's second Super Bowl appearance.
“We were fortunate enough to go to the Super Bowl last year as well, where I was still trying to hide a rather large baby bump at the time,” Jocelyn, the owner of brand design studio Studio Burks, tells Glamour.
Like the other WAGs, Jocelyn stressed that early planning is key.
“It’s a tight turnaround with only a few days to figure out options, and it’s a fun opportunity to get dressed up and have some fun with game day fashion,” she says.
However, after her first outfit didn't hit the mark, Jocelyn jokes she relied on “overnight orders placed and a trip to the mall” to make her look come together. She settled on one of her favorite silhouettes, rhinestone embellished wide-leg jeans from Good American and rhinestone embellished pointed toe black boots by Open Edit. She's pairing it with a cream tank top with an asymmetric neckline from Meshki, and a rhinestone micro-bag from Coach. She's getting her makeup done by Kendal Kazeil paired with a spray tan from Halo Glo.
“While my usual wardrobe is far less bejeweled, the Super Bowl is absolutely the event to incorporate a little extra sparkle at,” she shares. “It’s also a personal rule of mine that I try to only buy special game day clothes that I’ll wear again in the future, and I will absolutely be incorporating these pieces into future date night looks.”

Macie Bozeman knew exactly who to call when it came to getting glam on Super Bowl game day—the team who got her gorgeous for her 2023 wedding to husband Swayze.
“They are amazing and based out of Alabama,” she tells Glamour about her glam squad Annie's Angels for makeup and Caroline McDonald for hair, who are traveling to New Orleans for the big day.
For her fit, Macie designed a seriously adorable custom corset with the help of Boho Basement.
“She made it with all upcycled materials and sewed a corset for me,” she says.
Macie is pairing the look with low rise red jeans from Still Here and Jeffrey Campbell black and gold cowgirl boots.

After falling in love with boyfriend Jeremiah Trotter while they were both student athletes at Clemson, Maylin Lindsey was thrilled when he was drafted to the Eagles, her hometown team. And she's thrown herself all into WAG life.
“I really love learning new things which has led me to having a very fun array of hobbies,” the former college rower tells Glamour. “One hobby I've been focusing on these past few months is DIY-ing my gameday outfits.”
So for the Super Bowl, she knew she wanted to add her own special bling. She ordered a denim off the shoulder jumpsuit, then added DIY rhinestones of the Eagles logo and the Super Bowl logo. She's pairing it with a sparkly bag and getting her makeup done by Dev Esthetics.
“I love adding my own personal touch to my outfits and the creative process,” she says. “90% of the time I get an idea shortly before the game and make it happen. I'm very much a planner, so I love that with my DIYs are a bit more spontaneous.”
As for shoes, Lindsey knew she had to go with a very special pair of boots.
“I've been wearing these silver boots to the last few playoff games that we won, so I knew I wanted to incorporate them in this look too,” she says. “I'm not typically superstitious, but I had an inclination to keep the silver boots a part of the outfit!”

Morgan Riddle has a lot to look forward to this year. Her fiance, Cole Christiansen, is playing in the Super Bowl shortly before they plan to tie the knot.
But when she's not focusing on her outfit for her biggest day, she's been putting together a custom fit for gameday, with some help from her (Greek) fam.
“A sorority sister of mine from college has her own clothing brand where she reworks pieces to make game day outfits,” she tells Glamour.
The brand, Tonguetied Apparel owned by Sylvia McClure Biskaduros, is behind Morgan's custom bomber jacket, which Sylvia made using one of Cole's jerseys. Morgan is pairing it with a denim skirt, fold over white boots, and a cute custom accessory.
“The Chiefs got all of us those clear bags since they’ll be in white jerseys,” she shares.
